Canada Chaoyin Bilingual School（CBS） is an international school founded in British Columbia, Canada, offering courses from kindergarten to Grade seven.

　　Paul Fraser has 28 years of working experience in private schools in British Columbia. He has served as the school principal for 16 years and as a private school inspector. He has visited many schools in British Columbia successively and has rich teaching and management experience. Since he started teaching, Mr. Fraser has been committed to helping every student and teacher reach their maximum potential. Since the establishment of CBS, Mr. Fraser has maintained a close connection with CBS and witnessed its early growth. In the future, Mr. Fraser also looks forward to helping the students of CBS build a bright future.
